Mission Critical Solutions Support

Mission Critical Solutions is dedicated to providing timely support to all our clients. If you are an existing client who needs help with a supported product, please log in and create a ticket. If you need immediate assistance, or you do not have a username and password for our support system, please give us a call and we'll be happy to assist you.

Self-Help resources are available under our Knowledge Base and Training sections. You will be able to find the answers to common questions by searching there.

If you are not a client of MCSI, or you do not have a support contract, please contact us directly to set up an account. Support for non-contracted clients will be billed by the hour.

Submitting a Ticket for Help

You must be logged in before you can submit a ticket. Your username and password should be the same as your Medisoft or Nextgen login. If you do not know your login credentials for our support system, please contact us by phone or email and we'll be happy to help.

Once you're logged in, you will see a link on the left panel titled "Submit a Support Ticket". Clicking here will take you to the support ticket submission form. Please fill out the form with as much detail as you can provide, then hit "Submit". We will respond as quickly as we can.

You can review your submitted tickets by clicking the link titled "Review your Support Tickets", though you will also receive email updates on each ticket as well.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base contains training sheets and problem solving checklists for the most common issues we encounter. We've grouped these articles into 4 categories:

  • Medisoft - All items relating to Medisoft or Office Hours
  • Nextgen - All items relating to Nextgen
  • Claims System - All items relating to the Availity Clearinghouse and our Claims Submission program
  • Windows System Support - All items relating to Windows Operating System

You can browse directly to articles through these categories, or you can search using the box in the center of the screen. If you're having trouble with the system, or not finding the article you need, please contacts us or submit a support ticket.

User Management

Our system does not currently allow you to edit your account details. If you notice a problem with your account, need to make changes to your username or password, or need to add new user accounts to the system, please submit a support ticket or give us a call.
